Convenience and friendly staff

We were in the area for a volleyball tournament. The hotel was wonderful. The room was clean and spacious. The hotel had a small bar with reasonably priced items. The breakfast was delicious and well stocked. Very friendly staff, I bought 2 cookies from their little "market", and they offered to warm them for us. Great location with restaurants, movies, and shopping. We had to park in a nearby garage, but they gave you a voucher for free parking, and there were dedicated spots for the hotel guests. Will most definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

I liked having the sofa in the room, the decor and the comfort of the room. The place is trendy, convenient, clean and the staff is friendly. I also like that there is a small bar that offered wine at a reasonable price. Very nice!

Staff were friendly and filled our request to have a walk in shower instead of a tub. Our room was clean and comfortable. We always stay at this Hyatt when in town visiting family due to its location, clean facilities, breakfast.

Comfy, roomy bedroom. wonderful breakfast, free parking garage. Walk distance to hundreds of stores with actual sale prices of quality clothes. Lego store where you could build things. short drive to beaches, museums everything Cleveland . much better than an airbnb for family reunion .

The location was great. Perfect to walk to the park with the family. Staff was nice and was very clean.

Breakfast was good. Location to me was excellent, lots of restaurants and places to shop. Even a movie theatre near by.

Within walking distance to the movie theater and many places to eat as well as shopping at Crocker Park. A pass for the parking garage is included which was a bonus due to a snow storm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was able to extend my stay with no problem. The room was big and clean. The bed was very comfortable.

The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was fantastic. The rooms were very well set up. The breakfast was well thought out. We will definitely stay there again.
